Terms of Service

These terms apply when you use lasmarivineyard.gr and when you book a visit or experience at Lasmari Vineyard, a family estate in Loutses, Corfu, Greece. By making a reservation you agree to them. Questions are always welcome at info@lasmari.gr.

Bookings and payment

Reservations start online. Prices are shown per person in euros and include everything listed in the experience description. No payment is taken through the website; submitting the booking form opens WhatsApp with your details pre-filled, and your reservation is confirmed once we reply to that message. Payment for your visit is arranged directly with the estate. A reservation is personal to the named guest and covers the date, time, and group size you submitted.

Changes and cancellations

Plans change, especially on holiday. If you need to move or cancel your visit, write to us at info@lasmari.gr as early as you can and we will do our best to reschedule you to another day or time. Because experiences are reserved for a specific date and time, the statutory 14-day withdrawal right for online purchases does not apply to these bookings (Article 3l, Greek consumer law, implementing Directive 2011/83/EU). If we ever need to cancel a visit ourselves, for example due to severe weather, we will offer you a new date or cancel the reservation at no charge, whichever you prefer.

Wine and age

Experiences include wine tasting. Guests must be of legal drinking age in Greece (18 years) to be served alcohol. Younger guests are welcome to accompany their family but will not be served wine.

Visiting a working estate

Lasmari is a working hillside vineyard: paths are made of stone and earth, terrain is uneven, and the estate is in places exactly as it was a century ago. Please wear suitable shoes, follow the host’s guidance during the visit, and keep an eye on children. We may pause or adapt parts of an experience where weather or safety requires it.

The text, photographs, and design of this website belong to Lasmari Vineyard and may not be reproduced for commercial purposes without permission.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Greek law. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for losses that were not a foreseeable result of our breach of these terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Greek law, and any dispute belongs to the courts of Corfu, Greece. If you are a consumer in the EU, you may also use the European Commission’s online dispute resolution platform.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time; the version published here at the time of your booking is the one that applies to it.
